在這次香港舞蹈團 45 周年宣傳片的創作中，我們以「呼吸」作為創作核心, 用「息」與「動」的哲理作為貫穿整個概念。在節奏急促的喧鬧中，藝術猶如一處空間的留白，讓人尋回內在的平靜。
這次的概念從最純粹的一呼一吸展開，刻劃舞者們在繁囂現實裡，藉由「息」的流動沉澱心念，並透過「動」以肢體的韻律，讓自身的呼吸及節奏慢慢與香港這座城市的脈搏同步。當眾人的節奏及呼吸因舞蹈而交匯再同步，他們便在寧靜的意識維度中相遇——從原本散落於生活不同角落的獨立個體，化作渾然一體的律動。這不僅是肢體的共舞，更是心靈的同頻，凝聚一股與城市脈搏相呼應的生命力。在息動之間，與香港這座城市「共生共舞」。
In crafting the 45th-anniversary promotional film for the Hong Kong Dance Company, we anchored our creative vision in the concept of "breath" weaving the philosophy of Xi (breath) and Dong (motion) throughout. Amidst the frantic clamor of a fast-paced world, art acts as a vital negative space, guiding us back to our inner stillness.
The narrative unfolds from the purest act of breathing. It captures the dancers amidst a chaotic reality, using the continuous flow of Xi to quiet their minds, and the physical rhythm of Dong to gradually synchronize their own breathing and tempo with the heartbeat of Hong Kong. When their individual rhythms converge and align through dance, they transcend into a tranquil dimension of consciousness—evolving from isolated individuals scattered across everyday life into one seamlessly integrated movement. This is more than a physical choreography; it is a resonance of souls, coalescing into a profound vitality that echoes the pulse of the city. In the space between breath and motion, we live and dance as one with Hong Kong.
